I specialize in bright, quirky adults struggling with ADHD, OCD or general overwhelm with life.  I use a strength based skills approach and use my almost 40 years of mental health experience to support clients.

I am certified Grief Educator from  David Kessler's Training Program and professional listed on Grief.com.  I provide individual and group support.

Chronic Disorganization

I am available to consult with you or a loved one struggling with chronic disorganization or overwhelming clutter.  I also facilitate support groups.
